Friction256 is our own publishing problem
Friction256 is a Vlaux venture: a relationship, dating, and lifestyle content brand. It is not an external client account. That matters, because the publishing system has to survive our own standards for honesty, brand voice, and operational care.
High cadence only works if the calendar is boringly reliable. Posts should land when the schedule says they will, captions should match the clip, and someone accountable must still be able to stop a publish when policy requires it.
A Kampala clock, not a drifting queue
Everything is planned in Africa/Kampala. The day runs on a fixed clock: posts at :00, :20, and :40, with behind-the-scenes overlays at :10 and :30 when that overlay is live. Exact-slot scheduling beats a default queue that slowly drifts away from the plan.
AI operators draft captions, choose slots, attach media, and schedule to those Kampala times. Where live publishing needs an approval gate, the owner or Chief of Staff keeps that gate. Automation prepares the work; it does not quietly override policy.
- Exact custom schedules and share-now publishes, not a wandering buffer queue.
- Human approval where the brand or platform policy requires it.
- Comments and engagement are policed so AI does not auto-spam replies.
Where each platform gets its publish
Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads are scheduled through Buffer. Facebook Page posts publish natively. YouTube uses native upload and schedule. Kick remains parked for now. We do not claim WhatsApp as a live Friction256 distribution channel.
Keeping the path honest matters more than listing every possible surface. A public operations note should describe what actually runs.
The content library behind the calendar
The library lives in Google Drive: episodes, behind-the-scenes clips, and intake. The mix moves between episode cuts and BTS. When unique files run low, the calendar recycles proven pieces rather than inventing empty urgency.
Captions follow a simple pattern: an episode line that matches the source folder, people-tags where they are appropriate, and platform hashtags. Original audio stays with the clip. The goal is recognisable continuity, not a new voice every twenty minutes.
What AI content scheduling is for
For Friction256, AI content scheduling is operational software: it reduces the manual burden of picking a slot, drafting a caption, attaching the right file, and hitting the right Kampala minute across several platforms.
It is not a promise that every post will perform, or that a brand can run without editors. VLAUX ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LTD builds practical systems for real work. On our own venture, that means a calendar people can trust, with humans still responsible for what goes live.
Why this matters for Ugandan businesses
Many teams want the same shape of help: a dependable schedule, captions that match the asset, and platforms wired without chaos. Friction256 is where we feel that pressure daily.
